RETURN/REFUND POLICY

RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since we received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Generally the refund takes place within 2 to 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace an item free of charge if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same item, send us the request by e-mail.

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. and he will know that you have returned the item.

Shipping

To return or exchange a product, please contact us by email. We will then provide you with all the information necessary to return the product to us.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item (Unless the product received is defective). Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the returned product may vary.

If you are shipping a package worth more than $ 50, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
